What is Lite Mind

Hi - I’m Caemin O Connor, the creator of Lite Mind.

While my life has had its ups and downs, overall, it’s been pretty good- so why did I create Lite Mind and who is it for?

Many years ago I got married to the best person in the world, and we had 2 beautiful and very, very funny girls.

I was running my own business, it was successful so everything should have been great.

And yet I was stressed and stretched- between a busy work life and an even busier home life, I felt that I never had any time for myself or for me and my wife.

Objectively I knew that I had so much to be grateful for- yet I didn’t feel it, I simply wasn’t able to appreciate what I had.

I was also at the stage in my life where I started doubting if I'd ever get the chance to follow some of my dreams and passions- basically do things that I always wanted to do and that make me happy.

In short, even though I had a lot of good in my life, I wasn’t enjoying it, and I also felt as if life was bypassing me.

As a result, I was short tempered, moody, basically I was unhappy

I took up meditation, I even started teaching classes, but eventually I fell out of love with it.

And then I took a different path where I spent years studying happiness, because when you think about it, the only reason we meditate or do any form of self improvement is because we all just want to be happier- happiness is the key.
